1. General Service Terms

Welcome to Niya Imaging & Diagnostic Center ("we", "us", or "our"). By scheduling an appointment, walking into our clinic, or using our website (www.niyaimagingdiagnosticcenter.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Doctor Prescription & Statutory Documentation Requirements

  • Prescription Requirement: In accordance with medical ethics and regulatory guidelines, diagnostic ultrasound, fetal scans, interventional procedures (Amniocentesis, FNAC), and contrast X-ray studies require a valid, written referral or prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
  • Photo Identity Proof: Under the statutory Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act, patients undergoing pregnancy and obstetric scans must present a valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) and complete the statutory Form-F documentation before the procedure can begin.

3. Appointments, Scheduling & Patient Preparation

  • Prior appointment booking is highly recommended for specialized fetal medicine scans (e.g., Level 2 Targeted Anomaly Scan, Fetal Echocardiography, Doppler studies) and guided procedures to ensure minimal waiting time.
  • Patients are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment slot and adhere strictly to examination-specific preparation guidelines (such as fasting for abdominal scans, or adequate bladder filling for pelvic and early pregnancy scans).
  • Emergency walk-in cases and critical patients may be given clinical priority based on triage urgency.

4. Nature of Diagnostic Imaging & Clinical Correlation

  • Diagnostic imaging procedures (Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, Doppler, Endoscopy) are investigative aids designed to visualize internal anatomy, physiological blood flow, and structural patterns.
  • All imaging findings must be clinically correlated by the patient's referring consultant or treating physician in conjunction with the patient's comprehensive clinical history, laboratory biomarkers, and physical examination findings.
  • Certain diagnostic limitations exist inherent to ultrasound technology, including maternal body habitus, fetal position, oligohydramnios (reduced amniotic fluid), and acoustic shadowing. A normal scan does not guarantee the absence of micro-structural, chromosomal, or metabolic anomalies that are beyond the diagnostic resolution of ultrasound.

5. Report Delivery & Collection

  • Routine ultrasound, Doppler, and digital X-ray reports with high-resolution diagnostic films are typically ready within 30 to 60 minutes after the scan.
  • Reports are delivered physically to the patient or authorized attendant upon presentation of the registration bill/receipt. Digital copies can be delivered via WhatsApp and email on request.

6. Billing & Payments

Fees for all diagnostic tests are clearly listed at our reception billing desk. Payments may be made via Cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Debit Cards, and Credit Cards. Invoices are provided at the time of payment.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
