Emergency Medical Advice Notice: This website, its contents, and appointment booking forms are intended for elective outpatient diagnostic services only. If you or a loved one are experiencing an acute medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, acute heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or severe trauma), please dial national emergency services (108/112) or immediately proceed to the nearest multi-specialty hospital emergency emergency room (ER).

1. Educational & Informational Purpose of Content

All text, medical guides, blogs, pregnancy timelines, infographics, and FAQs published on this website are provided strictly for general educational and informational awareness. None of the content on this website is intended to serve as a substitute for professional clinical judgment, formal medical diagnosis, or personalized medical treatment by a qualified doctor.

2. Diagnostic Imaging Interpretation & Clinical Correlation

Diagnostic ultrasound, 3D/4D fetal scans, digital X-rays, and Doppler studies performed at Niya Imaging & Diagnostic Center are clinical investigative modalities designed to provide anatomical, physiological, and pathological insights. All diagnostic reports generated by our consultant radiologists must be interpreted and clinically correlated by the patient's referring obstetrician, gynecologist, physician, or surgeon alongside physical examinations, clinical symptoms, and biochemical laboratory tests.

3. Inherent Diagnostic Limitations of Medical Imaging

  • Obstetric & Fetal Sonography: While Level 2 targeted anomaly scans and fetal echocardiography are exhaustive, structural visualization depends upon maternal body habitus, abdominal wall thickness, gestational age, fetal position, amniotic fluid volume, and acoustic shadowing. A normal sonography scan does not guarantee the complete absence of subtle micro-structural, developmental, chromosomal, or genetic defects that fall outside the technological detection threshold of ultrasound.
  • General & Doppler Ultrasound: Gas shadows, bowel air, patient movement, and obesity may occasionally limit acoustic window clarity. Follow-up scans or alternative complementary imaging modalities (such as CT or MRI) may be advised by the radiologist when clinically indicated.

4. Statutory Declaration — PC-PNDT Act, 1994

In strict compliance with the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, Niya Imaging & Diagnostic Center strictly prohibits, condemns, and refuses any requests for determination or communication of the sex of the fetus. All obstetric examinations are registered in accordance with statutory government regulations.

5. Patient-Doctor Relationship

Visiting this website, submitting an appointment enquiry form, or communicating with our desk via WhatsApp/email does not establish a primary care doctor-patient relationship. Diagnostic tests are performed upon formal prescription and clinical request from the patient's primary medical practitioner.
